*Finally received our court date for April 1st (February 2013)
*After bad news, we had to cancel our flight for our court date and indefinitely post-pone our trip (March 2014)
*18 months after receiving our referral for Aida, we officially lost her when she was declared uneligible to be adopted internationally (February 2014)
*Began again the journey to adopt another child (October 2014)
*Officially closed our domestic adoption pursuit (December 2016)
* Heard about a little boy from China that needed a family and was visiting Texas for a short while (December 2016 - four days after closing domestic adoption!)
* Met this little boy (January 2017)
* Turned in initial application with Great Wall of China Adoptions (January 2017)
* Named our little boy Zane (February 2017)
* Completed Home Study (April 2017)
